Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and personal care regulations, whitening strips cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
We accept returns only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping Costs

Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
