Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If your request is received within this time frame and your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation After Processing

Orders are typically processed quickly to ensure delivery within 7 to 9 days worldwide. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive it and then follow our return and refund policy if you wish to request a return.

Incorrect Address or Customer Error

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@whiterplus.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will update the address for you. If the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused upon delivery or returned to us due to customer related issues such as incorrect address or failure to collect the package, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
